Khapli wheat Roti: https://bit.ly/2ISjJ0X Ingredients: Mixed Dals: 2 tbsp green mung dal 1 tbsp yellow mung dal 1 tbsp tur dal 1 tbsp masoor dal (red lentil) 1 tbsp horse gram (optional) 1 tbsp quinoa (optional) 1 tbsp urad dal 1 tbsp channa dal (bengal gram) ----spices---- 1 tsp pink himalayan salt 1 tsp saunf (fennel seeds) 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder 1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida) 1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder (cumin powder) ------ 1 cup khapli wheat flour (emmer wheat) or you can use ordinary whole wheat flour. 1 tbsp besan flour 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 1 tbsp flaxmeal 1/2 tsp ajwain 2 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) chopped coriander leaves desi ghee as needed --- this paratha is very filling.
